Role Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our hiring and daily HR activities. The role involves assisting with recruitment, document preparation and maintaining employee-related records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and social media
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate candidates for subsequent interview rounds
  • Prepare HR documents including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Consultant Agreements and Intern Letters
  • Assist in drafting and managing NDAs and other basic HR-related documents
  • Maintain and update employee records and the internal HR database
  • Support day-to-day recruitment and HR administrative activities

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic organizational tools
  • Ability to handle tasks responsibly and maintain confidentiality
