What You’ll Do
  • Assist with HR file management and quarterly audits.
  • Post job openings and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Support pre-employment verifications and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain training systems and help schedule employee development opportunities.
  • Collaborate on HR policy updates and compliance projects.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Sophomore level or higher).
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn HR systems.
  • Languages: English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Mindset: People-oriented, ethical, and adaptable.

Work Environment
  • Office-based role with occasional movement and light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
  • Fast-paced setting with deadlines—perfect for proactive learners.
