About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our onsite HR team. You’ll assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.
  • Screen resumes and conduct basic HR telephonic screening.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain trackers, follow-up with candidates, and manage status updates.
  • Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on portals.
  • Assist with onboarding support and basic HR documentation.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience during the entire hiring process.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/B.Com/BA (HR preferred).
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Willing to work onsite and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interest in HR & recruitment.
