Job Description – HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are passionate about HR functions and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding documentation, employee database management, and HRMS updates.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and coordinating with different departments.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support payroll documentation and attendance tracking where required.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate or pursuing degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Stipend: Based on interview & performance.Internship Duration: 3 to 6 monthsMode: Office-based

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
