Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases, track application statuses, and update recruitment spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and understand requirement briefs for various roles.
• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding processes such as documentation, induction planning, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and support HR operations.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle basic employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.
• Participate in daily HR activities and provide administrative support wherever needed.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
