Job Description – HR Intern

Job Title: HR Intern

Job Type: Full-time / Internship

Location: As per company

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Stipend/Salary: ■8,000 – ■15,000 (Performance Based)

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment (calling, screening & scheduling interviews).

Maintain candidate data & HR records.

Support onboarding process of new employees.

Help in organizing HR activities & internal events.

Prepare basic HR reports & documentation.

Coordinate with team leaders for hiring requirements.

Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills.

Basic MS Office (Excel/Word).

Positive attitude & willingness to learn.

Time-management & organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education: - Pursuing or completed graduation in HR / BBA / MBA / related field

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
