Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to support our hiring process for non-technical roles. You will assist with sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for non-technical positions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in conducting HR telephonic screenings
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
  • Support employer branding and HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/Completed bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
