Location: Corporate Office - Mumbai
Internship Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist in screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding.
Employee Engagement: Help organize engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain employee records, assist in payroll coordination, and handle compliance paperwork.
Learning & Development: Support training programs, track progress, and prepare reports.
HR Analytics & Reports: Assist in analyzing HR data and preparing dashboards.

What We’re Looking for:

Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Passion for HR and a keen eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
