Job Description: HR Intern

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year
Placement: Direct placement by the company

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR operational tasks.
  • Support in payroll and attendance management (as required).

Requirements

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
