- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assisting in the full recruitment cycle, which includes drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Helping new employees integrate into the company culture by preparing offer letters and new-hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with necessary documentation when employees leave the company.
- Administrative & Data Management: Maintaining and updating employee records and internal databases (HRIS/ATS), filing HR documents, managing attendance and leave records, and gathering payroll information.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Supporting the planning and organization of HR events, wellness programs, and team-building activities, as well as responding to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
