About Us

We are a growing digital marketing agency offering 360° services including social media management, performance marketing, website development, UGC creation, and branding. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about people management and wants to build a strong foundation in HR.

Responsibilities

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations, including:

• Recruitment Support
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with candidates
• Maintaining candidate databases
• Assisting in onboarding & documentation
• Employee Coordination
• Maintaining attendance and leave records
• Helping with employee engagement activities
• Supporting HR team in day-to-day tasks
• Documentation & Reporting
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
• Updating employee records
• Assisting in performance tracking sheets
• Office Support
• Coordinating communication within the team
• Helping with basic admin tasks when required

Requirements / Background

We are looking for someone with the following background:

• Pursuing BBA / MBA (HR) or any HR-related course
• Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel will be an added advantage

Stipend: 6k to 8k
Duration: 3 months
Joining: Immediate

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
