HR Intern – Recruitment & Operations
Location: H-25, Sector-63, Noida
Stipend: ₹6,000/month
Duration: 3 to 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is passionate about Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment along with exposure to core HR operations. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Major Focus)

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and departments.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.

HR Operations (Secondary Focus)

  • Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Help with joining formalities and maintaining onboarding checklists.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain HR reports, attendance, and documentation on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks.

Who Can Apply:

  • Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and operational processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle confidential data professionally.
  • Prior internship or exposure in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
