Responsibilities
Assist the HR department in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules, updates, and joining procedures.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update HR databases regularly.
Support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and employee coordination.
Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Handle basic HR queries with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently and politely with people.
Good understanding or interest in HR practices.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email Handling).
Requirements
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Must be punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
Comfortable interacting with candidates and managing HR calls.
