Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Design and implement HR policies aligning with company objectives across both entities.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Lead workforce planning for factory, sales, and office teams.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law
- Ensure 100% compliance with applicable laws: Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour Act, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Coordinate with consultants for monthly compliance audits and filing of returns.
- Maintain liaison with local labor and government authorities when required.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems for both units.
- Ensure accurate deductions and timely remittance of PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
- Manage salary structuring as per grade and job level.
4. Industrial Relations (Factory HR)
- Handle worker grievances, disciplinary actions, and union-related communications.
- Implement best practices for health, safety, and welfare as per Factories Act.
- Support production team in maintaining harmonious relations at the plant.
5. Recruitment & Training
- Plan and execute end-to-end hiring — from shop-floor workers to senior management roles.
- Conduct periodic training sessions on compliance, soft skills, and safety awareness.
- Maintain skill matrix and develop retention strategies.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain all employee files, HR records, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances.
- Experience in both manufacturing & service sector HR.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹14,763.13 - ₹55,987.65 per month
