Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and hospitality standards
  • Support leadership in building a high-performance team culture
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration
  • Lead training and development initiatives to support staff growth and retention
  • Prepare for future expansion by building scalable HR systems and talent pipelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 3 years of HR management experience in Dubai within the hospitality sector
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a stand-alone HR role
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and hospitality compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic and motivated to grow into a future HR Director role
