Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to oversee our hiring process and manage internal project workflows. You will act as the bridge between our developers, clients, and management. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—finding and hiring the best talent. Additionally, you will coordinate with the technical team to ensure client projects are being executed on time and meet quality standards. Our ideal candidate is excellent at people management but also possesses a strong operational mindset to get things done.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruitment (Talent Acquisition):
  • Post job openings on various portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews (especially for technical and non-technical staff).
  • Handle salary negotiations and release offer letters.
  • Manage the onboarding process and orientation for new employees.
  • Project & Operations Management:
  • Coordinate between clients and the development team to understand project requirements.
  • Assign tasks to team members and follow up on deadlines.
  • Prepare project status reports and update management/clients regularly.
  • Ensure the team has the resources they need to complete projects.
  • General HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in processing payroll and performance appraisals.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager, Recruiter, or Project Coordinator.
  • Experience in the IT/Software industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of project management basics (timelines, deliverables).
  • Excellent communication (English and Hindi) and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
  • Education:
  • MBA in HR or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
