Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.
- Employee Relations Management: Foster strong relationships between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace concerns effectively.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Human Capital Development: Support organizational growth by promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention through targeted strategies.
- HR Systems and Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Workplace Environment: Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee and enhance performance appraisal systems to ensure optimal employee performance and development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage pay structures and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and oversee the implementation and evaluation of development programs.
- HR Analytics: Provide insights and decision-making support to management using HR metrics and analytics.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices in all organizational processes.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership HR role.
- People-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
- Analytical Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge and application of HR metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement effective HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and manage relationships effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
