The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee needs. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR strategy to support a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and hiring analytics

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and support engagement initiatives
  • Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions where necessary

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process
  • Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbook
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards
  • Manage HR audits and maintain accurate documentation

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in compensation planning and benchmarking
  • Administer payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team
  • Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships

6. HR Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate HR reports
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and HR strategy
  • Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a managerial role
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Work Environment

  • Full-time position; may require occasional travel depending on company needs
  • Works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,188.77 - ₹50,733.30 per month
