The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee needs. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR strategy to support a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage employer branding initiatives and hiring analytics
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support engagement initiatives
- Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions where necessary
3. Performance Management
- Oversee the performance appraisal process
- Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbook
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards
- Manage HR audits and maintain accurate documentation
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in compensation planning and benchmarking
- Administer payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team
- Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
6. HR Operations & Analytics
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate HR reports
- Analyze data to support decision-making and HR strategy
- Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a managerial role
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Work Environment
- Full-time position; may require occasional travel depending on company needs
- Works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹14,188.77 - ₹50,733.30 per month
