Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
  • Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Manage employer branding and talent pipeline development.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Create smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

3. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns.
  • Promote company values and foster strong team engagement.
  • Resolve conflicts and implement employee satisfaction programs.

4. Performance Management

  • Manage appraisal cycles and performance review frameworks.
  • Support managers with goal-setting, coaching, and feedback.
  • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning needs.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies according to labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, payroll laws, etc.).
  • Maintain employee documentation and HRIS accuracy.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist with payroll coordination and salary reviews.
  • Benchmark compensation structures and recommend improvements.
  • Administer employee benefit programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
