Post:- Assistant Manager / Manager – Generalist

Experience :- Min 10yrs in Construction / Real Estate/ Manufacturing

Salary:- Nego

Location:- Pune - Baner

Skills Required: Statutory Compliances, Labour Laws, Payroll, HRIS, HR Audits, Employee Relations.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or minimum notice period preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

: Writing job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations

: Addressing employee grievances, mediating conflicts, providing support, and fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.

HR Policy & Compliance

: Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations, and staying updated on changes.

Benefits & Payroll

: Assisting with the administration of compensation programs, health benefits, payroll processing, and managing employee leave.

Performance Management

: Supporting performance evaluation processes, helping managers with goal setting, and offering coaching for employee development.

Training & Development

: Coordinating employee training initiatives and development programs to support career growth.

Record Keeping

: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing confidential information with discretion.

Employee Engagement

: Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback, and leading initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

Working Timing & Days:- 9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Saturday
