We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to strengthen our human resources team and support our expanding operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our uniform, fabric, and readymade showrooms, as well as manufacturing units in and around Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in statutory compliance, payroll processing, recruitment, and employee relations using HRMS software, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across uniform, fabric, and garment manufacturing units.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies.
• Oversee recruitment, interviews, background verification, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRMS.
• Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Lead performance appraisal processes.
• Conduct employee engagement and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail or textile garmenting industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
