HR Manager – Herbiotics Health Care

Herbiotics Health Care is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our people, culture, and performance. This role requires an experienced professional who can manage HR operations while driving talent, structure, and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for all departments and ensure timely hiring
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance systems
• Manage employee relations and support a productive work culture
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance
• Handle disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially
• Plan training sessions and employee development initiatives
• Support department heads in performance & KPI evaluation

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration
• 3+ years of HR experience (Pharma/Nutraceutical/FMCG preferred)
• Strong command over HR operations, laws, and documentation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Someone who can take ownership and work independently
