HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for maintenance technicians, cleaners, electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and supervisors.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, onboarding, and contract preparation.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare.
• Oversee performance management, KPIs, and annual reviews.
• Coordinate training in safety, equipment handling, and technical skills.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Support manpower planning and scheduling for maintenance projects.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of HR experience as HR Executive(preferred in facilities management, construction, or maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience hiring technical and skilled trade workers is an advantage.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
