Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for maintenance technicians, cleaners, electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and supervisors.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, onboarding, and contract preparation.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare.
- Oversee performance management, KPIs, and annual reviews.
- Coordinate training in safety, equipment handling, and technical skills.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Support manpower planning and scheduling for maintenance projects.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of HR experience as HR Executive(preferred in facilities management, construction, or maintenance).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience hiring technical and skilled trade workers is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
