HR & Administration Officer – FIOW MART (Oachira / Kollam)

We are hiring an HR & Administration Professional for Fiow Mart.
Candidates must have strong experience in FMCG and Textile operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full HR operations – recruitment, attendance, payroll support, staff coordination
• Manage day-to-day administration of the supermarket & textile divisions
• Ensure smooth store operations, staff discipline, and compliance
• Support management in training, appraisal, and store performance activities
• Coordinate with multiple departments (Hyper, Fashion, Textile, Billing, Warehouse)

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG retail / textile showroom management (Mandatory)
• Strong administrative and people-management skills
• Good communication, problem solving, and leadership qualities
• Ability to manage 100+ staff and fast-paced operations

Location: FIOW Mart, OachiraSalary: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
