About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives, strengthen people processes, and partner with leadership to drive organizational growth. This role requires a strong command of HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with senior management and HRBPs to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead initiatives in talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement to support organizational growth.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee investigations with fairness and confidentiality.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal HR policies, and regulatory guidelines including POSH.
  • Performance Management & Capability Building
Drive the annual performance management cycle, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across the organization.
Facilitate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee growth plans to build internal capability.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring strong talent pipelines and effective hiring strategies.
Lead seamless onboarding processes to deliver positive and impactful new-hire experiences.

  • HR Operations, Payroll & Analytics
Manage core HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HR records management.
Leverage HR data and analytics to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Business Partnering & Organizational Development
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related decisions, workforce planning, and team performance.
Support and lead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to enhance culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and talent management frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka) preferred.
