Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, from site workers to management, ensuring timely staffing for project needs.​
  • Manage employee relations, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment across dispersed teams.​
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies; implement and monitor safety programs and training.​
  • Coordinate induction, skill enhancement, and certification programs for employees.​
  • Oversee performance management, appraisal systems, and disciplinary actions.​
  • Administer payroll, design competitive compensation packages, and manage employee benefits.​
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.​
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and productivity.​
  • Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports for management, and ensure data confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
