HR MANAGER JD
Key Responsibilities:
PURPOSE: To identify, and select qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization by creating a pool of potential employees, assessing their suitability for the role, and ultimately hiring the best fit to meet the company's current and future staffing needs
a) Hire assets
b) Build best team
c) Complete onboarding process / documentations
d) JD Clarity / Track sheet
e) Induction
f) Reporting person clarity
g) Provide proper product training to the new joinees
h) Review new joinees work after a week
i) Motivate team members
j) Maintain positive work environment
1) Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
2) Employee Onboarding and Training: Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
3) Employee Relations: Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
4) Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing employee performance issues.
5) Compensation and Benefits: Designing and administering compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
6) Policy Development and Implementation: Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
7) Workplace Safety and Health: Implementing safety programs and ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
8) Employee Engagement and Well-being: Promoting employee satisfaction and engagement through various initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
9) Strategic Planning: Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to business planning, and supporting long-term growth and development.
10) To reporting : Assign person to the department and clear him/ her to their reporting person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
