About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and strengthen our end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, people management skills, and the ability to align HR functions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract the right talent
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and finalize offers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new employees

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Implement HR policies and ensure company-wide adherence

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns effectively
  • Conduct employee engagement activities
  • Ensure a positive and productive workplace environment

4. Performance Management

  • Support in setting KRAs and KPIs
  • Monitor performance reviews and appraisals
  • Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies
  • Handle disciplinary actions as per process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
