Job Description – HR (Institution)

  • Hire new staff and help with the interview and onboarding process
  • Keep employee records updated and organized
  • Handle staff questions, concerns, and workplace issues
  • Make sure the institution follows labor laws and company policies
  • Support performance reviews and staff evaluations
  • Organize training and development programs for employees
  • Manage employee attendance, leaves, and basic payroll support
  • Help with staff communication and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Assist with benefits, contracts, and HR paperwork
  • Work closely with management to support staffing needs and HR planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Experience in HR (preferably in an educational institution)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Basic knowledge of HR laws and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
