Job Description – HR (Institution)
- Hire new staff and help with the interview and onboarding process
- Keep employee records updated and organized
- Handle staff questions, concerns, and workplace issues
- Make sure the institution follows labor laws and company policies
- Support performance reviews and staff evaluations
- Organize training and development programs for employees
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, and basic payroll support
- Help with staff communication and maintaining a positive work environment
- Assist with benefits, contracts, and HR paperwork
- Work closely with management to support staffing needs and HR planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in HR (preferably in an educational institution)
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Basic knowledge of HR laws and practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
