Urgent Requirement – HR Generalist

Position: HR Generalist

Experience: Minimum 3–7 years as an HR Generalist

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

* 3–7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist

* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to handle employee relations confidentially and professionally

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software

* High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team

* Candidates with factory HR experience will be given preference
