About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and help build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead talent acquisition and manage full-cycle recruiting
  • Handle employee performance management
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems
  • Address employee concerns with fairness and confidentiality
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HR records and prepare required reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–7 years of relevant HR experience; managerial experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRIS and MS Office
