Position Title – HR Manager

Work Timings – 10am – 6:30pm

HR Manager : Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop and execute hiring plans for project-specific roles
• Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
• Maintain talent pipelines for future project needs

2. Performance Management

• Design and implement appraisal systems aligned with project KPIs
• Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Address underperformance and recommend corrective actions

3. Policy Development & Compliance

• Draft HR policies in line with labor laws and PMC standards
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, etc.)
• Handle audits and maintain documentation for compliance

4. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
• Promote continuous learning for project efficiency
• Coordinate certifications relevant to project domains (e.g., PMP, safety)

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Resolve grievances and foster a positive work culture
• Organize team-building activities and wellness programs
• Ensure transparent communication between management and staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month
