Job Summary
The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The role ensures a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace by managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, training, and policy implementation. This position acts as a strategic business partner to management while supporting a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Design and oversee employee performance review systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee welfare, and company policies.
- Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate HR metrics and reports (attendance, attrition, payroll, etc.).
- Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
- Liaise with external partners such as recruiters, consultants, and statutory compliance agencies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compensation & benefits, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS or ERP platforms (SAP, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,296.08 - ₹51,625.68 per month
