HR Manager – Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures across the organization.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMIS systems.
- Implement and manage performance management systems (KRA/KPI/PMS) and conduct periodic reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, training, and development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure statutory and legal compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, etc.).
- Support management in HR budgeting, manpower cost control, and planning.
- Manage exit formalities, including resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare and present HR reports (manpower, attrition, attendance, payroll, compliance) to management.
- Handle contract staff, site HR operations, and labor management, especially for project-based organizations.
- Promote a positive work culture, ethics, and employee-centric practices within the organization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
