HR Manager – Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures across the organization.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMIS systems.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems (KRA/KPI/PMS) and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, training, and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure statutory and legal compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Support management in HR budgeting, manpower cost control, and planning.
  • Manage exit formalities, including resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • Prepare and present HR reports (manpower, attrition, attendance, payroll, compliance) to management.
  • Handle contract staff, site HR operations, and labor management, especially for project-based organizations.
  • Promote a positive work culture, ethics, and employee-centric practices within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
