Job Description: HR Manager

Position: HR ManagerDepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: Director / Executive Director / HR Head

1. Role Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the entire HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll coordination, policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Onboarding

u Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, selection).

u Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

u Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.

u Maintain employee files and HR records.

u Coordinate with HR team about recruitment

u Daily, Weekly update to Management about recruitment

B. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

u Monitor attendance, permissions, leaves, and weekly off policies.

u Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary processing.

u Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops Act, etc.).

u Keep HRMS/attendance systems updated (GreytHR, etc.).

C. Employee Relations

u Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

u Conduct periodic meetings with departments to ensure smooth functioning.

u Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement activities.

D. HR Policies & Implementation

u Implement company HR policies, rules, and procedures.

u Suggest updates to policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, etc.).

u Ensure employees follow compliance and disciplinary standards.

E. Performance Management

u Coordinate annual appraisals, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

u Implement KPI/KRA-driven performance evaluation systems.

u Support training and development initiatives.

F. HR Operations & Documentation

u Prepare HR letters (offer letter, appointment, warning, relieving, etc.).

u Maintain HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR dashboards.

u Handle exit interviews, F&F settlement coordination.

3. Required Skills

u Strong communication and people-handling skills.

u Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.

u Problem-solving ability and conflict-management skills.

u Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS systems, and documentation.

u Required team lead skills support to HR co-employees

u Patientable to issue short outs

u

4. Qualifications

u Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

u 7–10 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial/Assistant Manager role preferred.

5. Salary & Benefits

Ø Salary 4.5 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs per Annum

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
