1. Recruitment & Staffing:

- Plan and execute manpower requirements for all departments (Production, Merchandising, Quality, Stores, Admin, etc.).

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation.

- Maintain employee records and update attendance, payroll, and leave systems.

2. Employee Relations & Communication:

- Foster a positive work culture through open communication and employee engagement activities.

- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling sessions.

- Liaise with workers, supervisors, and management to resolve HR-related issues effectively.

3. Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory obligations (ESI, PF, Factory Act, Minimum

Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).

- Coordinate with auditors and government authorities for inspections and documentation.

- Maintain statutory registers and compliance reports.

4. Performance Management:

- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (monthly, quarterly, or annual reviews).

- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for workers and staff.

- Support productivity improvement and employee retention initiatives.

5. Payroll & Attendance Management:

- Oversee time office, attendance, and leave records.

- Coordinate payroll processing with the accounts department.

- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory payments.

6. Health, Safety & Welfare:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and welfare measures as per factory rules.

- Conduct regular audits and safety training for employees.

- Oversee canteen, housekeeping, transportation, and other welfare facilities.

7. HR Policy & Documentation:

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files.

- Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
