Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. As an HR Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that our human resources strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives and local laws and regulations.
• Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees.
• Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee-related matters.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
• Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits program.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media industry.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
