Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager who is fluent in English and capable of communicating effectively with US clients. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, who can handle calls with US clients and manage payroll and back-office tasks, . Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from US clients
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Handle payroll-related back-office tasks (training will be provided if needed)
  • Maintain client records, data entries, and documentation
  • Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and daily updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Follow company procedures and maintain accuracy in all tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication (must)
  • Comfortable speaking with US clients on call
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
  • Strong back-office and data management skills
  • Professional attitude, confidence, and problem-solving ability
  • Previous US process experience (preferred but not mandatory)
