HR Manager- Facility management

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager- HR (Male)

Industry: Facility Management

Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month

Experience: 5 to 20 years experience in the Facility Management Industry is mandatory.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the Facility Management Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR recruitment, operations, employee relations and compliance, ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws
• Ensure timely payroll processing and attendance management
• Organize and coordinate training & development programs
• Support talent retention and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Conduct exit interviews and process full & final settlements

Required Candidate profile

Experience in Facility Management/Manpower Outsourcing industry
Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
