Ace Dispatch Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong HR background, preferably in a Call Center, Dispatch Center, or IT company.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle (job posting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding).
- Support ongoing business needs through effective employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update pay plans, benefits, and HR records.
- Identify training needs, develop training plans, and monitor employee progress.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations professionally.
- Maintain a healthy, positive, and productive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Experience in a Call Center/Dispatch Center/IT company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with HR metrics, data, and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

- Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM (9-hour shift)
