HR Manager (Male)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource operations at our Ram Nagar location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in recruitment, employee management, and the ability to independently handle HR processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and ensure documentation compliance.

Payroll & Attendance

• Monitor attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate salary processing, deductions, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain payroll data and ensure accuracy.

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain discipline, adherence to company policies, and a positive work environment.
• Conduct periodic meetings with staff and maintain communication channels.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR manuals, policies, and SOPs.
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) in coordination with management.
• Assist in performance evaluations and HR reporting.

Administration Support

• Coordinate office operations, vendor management, and general administrative tasks.
• Support management with HR-related documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR documentation.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
• Male candidates preferred as per job requirement.

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or as required)
