Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead both recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance, and create a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage employee records, attendance systems, and payroll coordination.
- Lead performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Address employee concerns and support a healthy work culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist management in HR planning and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with HR software/tools will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
