We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Manager to manage our call-center HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in recruitment, attendance & payroll, employee relations, and performance management—especially for call-center teams.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center agents (job posts, screening, interviewing, hiring).
- Maintain attendance, leave records, late/absent deductions, rosters, and timesheets.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and documentation.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare payroll reports, salaries, bonuses, and commission sheets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Coordinate with management on KPIs and performance targets.
- Maintain a professional, productive, and positive work environment.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years HR experience (Call Center HR experience preferred).
- Strong communication, admin, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Sheets) and HR software is a plus.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
