What you'll be doing Recruitment & Talent Management
  • Support and ensure the development and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Drive recruitment efforts for all new and replacement roles including interview coordination, assessment days, and candidate assessments
  • Manage the talent acquisition process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for all roles
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies
  • Conduct competency HR round interviews
  • Responsible for job offer creation and negotiation
  • Partner with leadership to implement the organization's HR and talent strategy related to recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives for internal development
  • Develop training plans across departments and ensure their execution
  • Coordinate in-house training initiatives and determine training needs based on performance reviews
Employee Relations
  • Build relationships with managers and employees; understand culture, structure, and values
  • Advise/coach managers on employee relations, performance, and staffing issues per policy and local labor law
  • Handle discipline and termination in accordance with policy
  • Provide guidance on sensitive issues; may involve accommodations, investigations, and terminations
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices; review policies as needed
  • Stay informed on HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies
HR Operations & Payroll
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration: contracts, salary letters, employee files
  • Prepare monthly payroll instructions with finance
  • Support development, enforcement, and communication of HR policies
  • Monitor absences and address issues; respond to employee queries
  • Conduct probation-related discussions with Line Managers
  • Understand local employment regulations for KSA
  • Manage medical insurance changes weekly with providers
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate, up-to-date data
  • Enforce digital system usage across the organization
  • Oversee the Performance Review process and link goals to the HR system
  • Support promotions, pay reviews, and career planning through performance feedback
  • Support compensation & benefits benchmarking as needed
Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee performance review processes and ensure goals are reflected in the HR system
  • Provide guidance on promotions and compensation decisions based on performance
  • Support benchmarking to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure compensation brackets are enforced in recruitment
  • Collaborate with managers on performance cycles, pay reviews, and career planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant HR certification
  • 5+ years in HR; at least 2 years of people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and HR systems/processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
