Role Summary

The HR Manager will manage all HR operations, drive workforce planning, manage recruitment, ensure compliance with UAE labor law, and partner closely with operations and workshop leaders. This role requires strong hands-on capability, a structured approach, and the ability to work in a fast-moving industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with UAE Labour Law.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (hydraulic technicians, engineers, storekeepers, drivers, sales, admin).
  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation processes.
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and employee records.
  • Support performance management, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, Sharjah Free Zone/mainland regulations.
  • Oversee visas, renewals, work permits, insurance, and PRO coordination.
  • Partner with workshop and operations managers to support manpower planning.
  • Drive employee engagement, training needs assessment, and retention programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, org charts, manpower budgets, and monthly dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10 years HR experience and at least 5 years in Managerial role, preferably in hydraulics, industrial, mechanical, oil & gas, or engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling technical manpower is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with hands-on execution.
