Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Sales Manager located in Noida. The HR and Sales Manager will be responsible for managing human resources functions such as HR policies, personnel management, and employee benefits. Additionally, the role will involve managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. The daily tasks will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, sales planning, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience in Personnel Management and Employee Benefits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales management and developing sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
