HR MANAGER_Female_5 yrs exp_Kochi

Designation: HR Manager
Location: Vytilla
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Preferred Candidate: Female candidates from the Building Material Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage grievance handling, performance appraisals, and training initiatives.
• Support management in manpower planning and retention strategies.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the building material or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
