As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and help build a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce.


Role Overview

As the HR Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our agency’s human resource operations. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management , and fostering a positive company culture .

Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, final interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure all necessary tools, systems, and documentation are set up for new employees.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Drive the bi-annual performance review process , promoting constructive feedback and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support career advancement and skill enhancement.
  • Track individual development plans and support employees in achieving their goals.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies , updating procedures as needed.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies to align with company goals and legal standards.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, feedback, and concerns .
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Mediate conflicts and foster strong team relationships .

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives .
  • Organize regular check-ins with employees to ensure job satisfaction and well-being.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and boost morale.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with company objectives.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to evaluate trends and recommend actionable improvements.


Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

✔️ 3+ years of HR management experience , preferably in a tech or eCommerce environment.

✔️ Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations .

✔️ Familiarity with work tools (e.g., Slack, ClickUp) and HR software .

✔️ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills .

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .
