We are looking for an ideal female candidate for the position of “HR-OD Trainee”. Following are the responsibilities:
· Assist in implementing organizational change initiatives and process improvements.
· Conduct stakeholder analysis and support change readiness assessments.
· Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
· Conduct training needs assessments and track effectiveness.
· Support development of training materials and succession planning.
· Design and analyze employee engagement surveys.
· Maintain internal communication and feedback channels.
· Support performance management processes and documentation.
· Track performance metrics and assist in performance improvement plans.
· Support communication of organizational values and culture initiatives.
· Facilitate culture assessments and promote an inclusive environment.
· Collect and analyze HR data for reports and dashboards.
· Maintain data accuracy and support HR scorecard development.
Qualification:
BBA, BS Psychology
