Job Title: HR & Office Administrator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration activities.Key Responsibilities:Human ResourcesAssist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.Handle onboarding & exit processes.Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.Assist in policy implementation and HR documentation.Manage employee engagement, events, and grievance coordination.Maintain confidentiality of employee data.Office AdministrationManage daily office operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.Handle vendor coordination, AMC, and service providers.Manage front-desk activities such as calls, visitor handling, courier, etc.Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office logistics.Ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning office environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–7 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $39,345.21 - $49,426.49 per year
